I just wanted to compliment a GM today who did a item restore for me.
Being the Noob i am i disenchanted my core hound tooth by mistake - in all honesty this was rather disheartening, I quit raiding recently and the dagger was the peice of my equipment which really sticks out for me im really proud of it and when i disenchanted it i was distrought.
well i submited a GM ticket immidiatly and in a couple of hours of staring mindlessly at my screen thinking WTF was i thinking when i DE'd the item i got the GM message from Tylorennon.
Tylorennon restored my item for me just the way it was before - with the 15 agi enchant (no clue how he pulled that off) and had it in my mail immidiatly.
the main reason im impressed with the service i got is because there were no prescripted responces. just talked like i talk to people and i really appriciated that.
anyway, thank you Tylorennon, you rock :)
