It says I am only allowed to transfer every 6 months but my question is, do this apply with my 2nd character? the scenario is I already transferred my hunter on another realm and I would like to know if I can transfer my rogue too or do I have to wait another 6 months for it?
I don't really understand how it's working so pls kindly explain it to me.

The six-month cooldown only affects the character on the account that has been transferred. All other characters on the account will be aligible for transfers. In your case, despite having transferred your Hunter to another realm, your Rogue is eligible to transfer as well. Does that help, Toonah? :)
