From when it was hacked on Saturday. I see it takes some time for items to be restored, but do I need to know what was lost? I had all my gold from all my characters taken. There are ones I have not logged into in 6-7 months that have no money now. I have no idea how much I had so I don't know what to do.
Also, Do I need to sent a ticket about them from each character?

I would suggest that you include the names of all of the affected characters (and their realms) in your petition, and mention whether or not the character is missing items, gold, or both. When the Game Master receives your petition, they will forward the information you provide to our Investigation Team; who will then attempt to verify your loss, determine the cause of the loss, and (if possible) provide you with a restoration.
