Subject: Email loss
Recently, had a Family emergency out of the country for about 2 1/2 months. Kept my account open, payed never used during that time. Unfortunatley serious heart attacks come on very unexpectedly. And times dictate u have no time to remove emails in ur inbox. Let alone pack a bag and get on a plane. Either way, had many pages of stuff in email on 3 toons i beleive. Then apon coming back to Wow, empty of course. They can obvisouly tell i havent been on to take care of them through logs im sure. I can understand if i played every day and let them expire. But that wasnt the case. Id like to request some sort of help with this. All u get in response is the offline email Bs. Floruit aka SiK

God Emails replaced would rock. Gimme a day ill make sure there taken care of. Hopefully from what i read on the forums about the CR dept. isnt that bad lol. Common Blizz take 20 secs to pull up some file im sure u have.

I really, really regret to say that expired in-game is unable to be restored by the Game Master Department. Please note this from the In-Game Knowledge Database:

Q u o t e:
What happens if I do not pick up my mail regularly?
Be sure to check mail regularly as it does expire after a certain period of time:

* Normal mail: expires in 30 days, upon which the item is deleted.

* Package: expires in 30 days, upon which the item is returned to sender.

* C.O.D.(Cash on Delivery): expires in 3 days, upon which the item is returned to sender.

You can find more information on the in-game mail system here: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/mail.html

I apologize for not having the best news, but I hope I at least answered your question.
Sic vis pacem, para bellum!
