Q u o t e: that other game the ally are cheating. Now a new team is learning how to do it.
thanks blizzard .. show you are saying it ok to cheat
I'm not going to show it ok to cheat.
In the interest of reviewing this situation as well as actually being educated as to what "cheat" you are referring, please fill me in on the details of the matter. Every petition you've submitted on the subject thus far basically say, "Ally are cheating in WSG, anything being done?"
Help me help you, Hong. : )
Edit: Please provide details without reporting character names, thanks.[ post edited by Batta ]

This does appear to be an exploit and is a punishable offense. Please keep in mind that the actions must be witnessed by a Game Master in-game, as we are unable to rely on screenshots as proof. Please continue to report any players you've witnessed partaking in such activities as quickly as possible.

HELP me HELP u !
What do I need to do to prove this to you ?
you dont want screen shoot anymore, do you want the fraps video ?
You going to get a GM follow me around for a year ?
I didn't ask you for screenshots. I asked you to tell me what you were talking about. We do receive reports of "exploits" often when they are, on the contrary, legitimate strategies. In this case, you've provided me with a screenshot as an example (thank you for removing the character names). I can tell you this is an exploit and I've forwarded the information onto the appropriate people to hopefully have it made impossible to reach that point in the future.
If you submit a petition, a Game Master will investigate the reported players in an attempt to verify your claim. If the player is not found to be engaging in such activities, however, within a given time frame of being investigated, there is not much we can do. We need first-hand, verifiable proof. This isn't always easy to come by.

Q u o t e: We have? and all we get is the "we will look into that matter" macro.
This doesn't refute or void what I've said. Please read my post again carefully.

No, I know you're different people. I've already checked on that. You both, however, seem to be caught up on the same issue. I'll break it down.
You report -> GM informs you we will look into it -> GM investigates -> GM verifies exploit -> Action is taken against player
-OR-
You report -> GM informs you we will look into it -> GM investigates -> GM is unable to witness player engaging in exploitive behavior -> No action can be taken
I'm sorry, but when it comes to dealing with paying subscribers, we must have absolute proof before issuing account penalties for any policy violations.
