Subject: Long While Back
K, a long while back I was having some issue, can't remember what, but I eventually got to the point when I wanted to find a way to contact the boss of a GM or something to get them reported...

Can't remember the reason, but what I do remember is that I requested the information to send an official letter of complaint directly to Blizzard.

My petitions kept getting deleted and my e-mails unresponsive.

So now that I don't care so much, is there a way I can get such information in case the situation arises where I do need it again? Don't see it on any of the websites..

   Kuari,

This topic is mentioned in our Welcome to the Customer Service Forums! sticky post at the top of this forum:

Q u o t e:
Please note, however, that if you wish to offer feedback regarding a specific Game Master, your best course of action is to send an e-mail to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com, so that your comments or concerns may be handled by the appropriate parties.

That contact address is your direct line into Blizzard Entertainment's Customer Support Department. Your concerns and feedback will be addressed if sent to that addressed, and I assure you it will be taken into consideration for improving our level of service.

While I don't know the details of your situation, and frankly providing such wouldn't be appropriate on the forums, I do apologize for any frustration or inconvenience we may have caused.

I hope you send any and all details you may have to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com, we would greatly appreciate it.
Sic vis pacem, para bellum!
