I finally achieved my rep to be able to attani one fo the rings from Brood of Nozdormu.
Instead of the normal layout you guys have laid in all quests rewards, there is one quest, 1-# of quest rewards.
With the Brood of Nozdormu quests, you guys decided to change it up a bit and have each quest pertain to a specific item that can be upgraded.
Somehow, i accidentally clicked the wrong one and after realizing this, immediately i sent a ticket.
The GM's response was that this item could not be restored for this quest, because it was a unique quest line and i can switch it when i get
EXALTED ( 3 more months maybe? )
Is this correct? WHy can't i get my ring swapped, it was an accident for something completely different than you guys have ever done before.
I think its rather ridiculous and i would like this to be re evaluated.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to assist in swapping these quest rewards, as there is a system in place allowing players to do so at a later time. I can understand your frustration over this quest line and simply ask that you post on our Suggestions forum if you feel the functionality should be altered in any way.

This is the most moronic 'correction' I have ever seen, and the way the qusts are done NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. Obviously, 10 pages of problems isn't enough for blizz to do anything about it. What's it take, 20 pages? Give it a month, it'll be there.
I can certainly understand your frustration, Egwene; however, you would be best off posting on the Suggestions Forum in order to request that this quest line be changed, as stated by Batta in his above post. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused, but this is not something that the Game Master Department is able to assist you with at this time. Good luck!
