- Investigation Process -
This information will help us investigate your account. When the
investigation has been completed, an Account Investigator will notify you via
e-mail with the status of the account and the possibility of
reimbursement.
Please be aware that if we encounter evidence that the account has been
compromised, we may lock the account to ensure that only the owner can
regain access. Once this process starts, it may take several days to
regain access and will result in a disruption of server access.
My account was locked down once when I first resported this, now a month later I am being told "Before we can investigate this, we need additional information
regarding the specifics of the incident. Please reply to this email with the
requested information:
Account:
Character(s):
Realm(s):
Please be as specific as you can for the following questions. If more
than one character was affected, create a new list for each character.
Money Lost:
Item(s) Lost: ", etc.
Now I'm wondering if this is the first step to restore or what? I mean it looks that way - but at the same time - why is it needed to lock down my account again[ post edited by Karigan ]

Q u o t e: omg, Batta I love you? :) Help ? xD!!
I love you too, dear Karigan. I hope that wasn't just blue bait. = p
If I may clarify, the following line is a generic message placed into all emails relating to this subject: "Please be aware that if we encounter evidence that the account has been compromised, we may lock the account to ensure that only the owner can regain access."
This message will be in all emails regarding compromised accounts whether or not the account has already been locked. It is mainly to ensure players are aware that locking the account is always a possibility when it has become compromised. In your case, you should not fret over the implications of this mesage, as it seems it no longer applies to your case.
I apologize for any confusion this rather standard word of warning may have caused you in any event, Karigan. I have verified that we have received your reply to that email and will be following up on your case as quickly as possible. Hang in there, love. ; )
