So I had finally gotten a hold of the billing department after 3 weeks of not getting a response by email. I called and spoke to a rep. My problem was regarding a legal name change. He offered to email a form with instructions on where to fax it and proof of the name change. However, this email never arrived (I called on Friday). I checked my email settings and spam box just to be sure. If sent the mail _should_ have gotten through. However, if he typoed or mis-wrote my email when he asked for it, I'm looking at massive waiting on hold to talk to someone to fix it.
Can you folks in customer service help, or do I have to call again? A link to this form or someone I could send an email to would be wonderful. I just don't want to waste hours/weeks again over something I thought was about to be fixed.

I've checked and it appears that an e-mail was sent to e-mail address that is registered to your account on July 7th in response to the e-mail you sent in. The same e-mail was sent again on July 21st, after you called in. I would suggest that you visit the Account Management page (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/) and ensure that the e-mail address that we have on file for your account is the correct address. We can try to re-send the e-mail, but it looks like it should have arrived; therefore, it is most likely being caught in your spam filter, or the e-mails are being sent to the incorrect address.
