When will the realms that are not eligable become eligable? Some of the realms listed as not eligable for transfer have not registered at high population for a week now. Is blizzard opening those realms for transfer? [ post edited by Usdaprime ]

I'm sorry, Usdaprime; but the Game Masters here on the Customer Service Forum are unable to provide you with any information as to whether or not any additional realms will be made eligible destinations for character transfers; nor are we able to provide you with any kind of time frame for when this may or may not occur. I would suggest that you keep an eye on the General Forum, as it is likely that an announcement will be made by our Community Team when new realms are going to be made eligible.
