My account has been hacked into 5 weeks ago. Blizz was able to restore account very fast (thank you), but I have not been able to get ANY answers on whether my stuff is going to be restored and if so when. I am at end/game raiding. All my tier 0/0.5/1 armor is gone, I am so crying every night :( Blizz, HELP...

Not to fret, Simaiya; I've checked into this matter and verified that your account is still in queue to be investigated by our GM Investigation Team; who will attempt to verify the loss of your items, determine the cause of the loss, and (if possible) restore the items to you. The Game Master staff (in-game or here on the Customer Service Forum) will be unable to provide you with any additional updates as to the status of the investigation; therefore, we would ask that you remain patient. It shouldn't be much longer until an Investigator contacts you with the results of the account investigation, but I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Best of luck to you!
