Account was comprimised and blizzard really did me a favor by restoring my two level 60's.
They did however restore no items on my priest and everything on my rogue but his weapons and his rings. All I want back is my weapons and my rings but they tell me they dont have any way to track how they were deleted.
I must say, that sucks. But really, they most likely were not discarded in any different way than any of my other gear was. They refuse to give me my weapons and of course when I send in a ticket get the canned generic email on restoration.
Is there a phone number to call where I might get some level of customer service besides this crap? If Blizzard really wanted to make more money they would fix this so I could seperate the characters and pay for two accounts.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused, Awina; but the Game Masters you've spoken with have been quite correct; we have already restored all of the items that we are able to restore, and our Game Master staff (in-game or here on the Customer Service Forum) will be unable to provide you with any further assistance in this matter.
Please accept my apologies for the frustration that this has caused, and feel free to contact wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com if you would like to submit feedback regarding your experience with the Game Master Department.
