Subject: Some kind of support?

I just want to know what items I've had restored under the restoration policy so I can solve a problem with having my entire character restored. I emailed wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com but the reply I got was just the "we will not restore anything at this time" automated answer when that's not what I asked.

   I am sorry to say, Fortune, that we may not disclose precisely what was restored to you in exchange for the limited reimbursements allotted to your account. I have, however, taken the liberty of looking into the matter, and I've confirmed that each of your limited reimbursements was used correctly and with your full consent. Additionally, I see that we have offered multiple warnings that these restorations are quite limited, and that it would behoove you to exercise extreme caution when handling characters and items to ensure that this very unpleasantness may be avoided. Please accept my most heartfelt apologies, however, for any frustration you may have been caused by this matter. Best wishes. :)
