Subject: Account to Account transfer problem
I am in the process of trying to move on of my characters on my old account to a new account I just bought today. Both accounts are my property, I started the first one about a year ago, and I bought a new game (just for the CD key for the account) this morning. My problem is this, when i fill in the account destination that I want my character to be transfered (the new account I bought today), i get this message "The destination account does not meet the requirements for an account to account transfer.". What is the problem and how can this be fixed? thank you.
**EDIT** The addresses on the two accounts were different, i moved three months ago. I changed the address so they are the same now, but I am still having the same problem. NOTE: the E-mail addresses and phone numbers are different on the 2 accounts, i could not change that.

Are both accounts registered to the same owner (same last name)? It is necessary for both accounts to be registered under the same last name in order for an account to account transfer to commence. Either way, your best bet would be to do as Barolas has suggested and contact our Billing and Account Services Department by phone, at 1-800-592-5499 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm PDT). Good luck, Pwiestnplate!
