Subject: Problems with the billing department
Who/How do I contact in the billing department/Account management to express my OUTRAGE at the level of service I am receiving? Since before open transfers happened, I contacted them to make sure there would not be a problem.
Well now we are almost a full month since I first called, and with some lost fax's. I am outraged with the level of service I have received. Originally being told one thing, and finding another thing out. With at best poor service (1 + hour on hold) I am not a happy camper to put it politely.
