There's no need to resort to insults, Mystio. The above poster was giving an example of another activity that could be construed as a dishonorable action that does not violate any of our policies; he was not, as far as I can tell, attempting to insult you.
As to your question, camping the graveyard in a battleground does not violate our policies, and is therefore considered to be a legitimate strategy; though dishonorable, to be sure. I'm sorry for any confusion this has caused and appreciate your patience in this matter. Please keep in mind, however, that further unconstructive replies may require me to lock this thread.
