Subject: help with account
   my account had its passwrd changed and i tried to retrieve it but the secret question sends it to a non existant e mail

I tried e mailing blizz but it has been 3 or 4 days and i have no reply

i also tried calling the account services but they make you wait on hold for a long time

i want to know if there is any way to contact them and how long it usually takes over the phone because i have waited for like half an hour before i hung up

   In order to recover your password, I would recommend doing what I suggested to you yesterday, Hellblitz. When possible, please contact our Billing and Account Services Department by phone at 1-800-592-5499 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm PDT). Please be patient and remain on the line until a representative is able to assist you. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused and wish you the best of luck in recovering your old account. :)
