Subject: exlpotation of instance saves?
since the only responce i recieved from a gm was to send in a ticket, keep in mind this was the answer to my already open ticket.

how does one enter a raid instance that they were saved to the previous night, when there are 40 people already in the instance? to top this off the person was not in our raid at all and was there just to cause grief. after being gboot from the guild, decided they would walk on in while we were setting up on rag and induce the fight and wipe 40 people. it was bogus and griefing, the gm responce was pitiful at best. so what i want to know is this a lead up to an exploit to get an undetermaned amount of people in an instance via save? this is just another reason for a full on pvp server, no more gm's silly responces you just kill the offender.
If i live i will kill you, if i die you are forgiven,

   Hi Comablack,

A possible scenario under which this can happen is if the player in question had logged out inside the raid instance. If they log back in while a full 40 raid group is there then their new presence will take the number of people in that Raid ID to 41. Furthermore one of the 40 may then get teleported out from the instance.

As for the harassment side of this issue. Like always I would recommend petitioning a Game Master regarding any specific actions that take place which may violate our harassment policies.

Your proposal for a "full on PvP server" would need to be posted on the Suggestions Forum at:

It is there that the designers can take ideas for future content changes.
