Subject: Frustrated with BROKEN BattleGrounds
What's up with waiting in line for 10 minutes to TWO HOURS to get into a BattleGround that is ALREADY OVER!

This is INFURIATING! I got into an Alterac Valley that was already OVER - no token - no honor - NOTHING - after almost TWO HOURS IN QUEUE!

Please tell me this is a known issue - it's been happening a LOT since the last big patch.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this has caused, Kricheck. This wasn't a "bug", per say; but was instead caused by someone leaving the battleground at the end of the match and freeing up a spot.

A recent "fix" to this issue was the implementation of the Deserter Debuff, which discourages players from leaving a battleground before it finishes. Another "fix" which we are currently working to implement (in Patch 1.12) is to introduce Cross-Realm Battlegrounds; which will allow players from multiple realms to participate in battleground matches, and should help to greatly reduce the amount of time spent in queue waiting for a battleground to begin. In the meantime, I appreciate your patience and wish you the best of luck, Kricheck.
