So i transfered gold from one character to another.I received the ingame email but not the gold attached to it(50g).
i petitioned and waited 5 hours.i log off to eat 15 minutes only to find in my real email a Custumer service email:

Hum...ok, ? huh ? i dont...what ? No ?
i'm Confused, so i make another ticket.And got a quick response this time.
i'm even more confused after the GM's copy pasted answers( no offence to the Human behind ).
So,can someone at blizzard answer me those questions:
1- Did I made a mistake and sent it to another Player? If it is so, then tell me and case closed.
2- I used the ingame mail system as i should ,it failed and i have to pay for it ?
3- So it is not safe to use ingame email to send money to other character on your account ?
4- where is my 50g ?
Any Humans out there ?

What was the name of the character the mail was sent from, Skullface?

After some investigation, it does appear as though the 50 gold was sent from your character Fidz to your character Skullface. The mail (with the 50 gold attached) appears to have successfully arrived in Skullface's mailbox; and we have verified that the gold was removed from the mail shortly before the mail was deleted. I'm very sorry for any confusion that this may have caused, but it does appear that the mail arrived properly and the gold was retrieved from it; therefore, everything appears to be in order. After some investigation, it does appear as though the 50 gold was sent from your character Fidz to your character Skullface. The mail (with the 50 gold attached) appears to have successfully arrived in Skullface's mailbox; and we have verified that the gold was removed from the mail shortly before the mail was deleted. I'm very sorry for any confusion that this may have caused, but it does appear that the mail arrived properly and the gold was retrieved from it; though it's quite possible that you may not have seen the gold amount update due to connection issues or even display issues with your User Interface (UI).
