hi, sorry if this has been asked before, but to use the account to account transfer service must both accounts not only have the same last name/address, but be paid for by the same credit card? what about game card users?
and also, is there any rules regarding the age of the accounts?

As I understand it, Namsweo, the credit card information for both accounts must be the same in addition to the last names; for more information, however, I'd recommend getting in touch with Billing directly via e-mail (billing@blizzard.com) or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. :)
