WoW BlueTracker: No transfer service?

	I am trying to transfer this guy right now and for a few hours the "Move Charecter" button on my account page just tekks me that transfers are not available? Is this normal?

	I'm able to initiate a transfer just fine, so I'm not sure what to tell you. At what point does it tell you that the service is unavailable? What is the exact message you receive? Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair...
