In short, Dragontamer, yes. Hiring another person to play characters in your stead is a direct violation of our Terms of Use, and may result in rather severe consequences. To wit:

Q u o t e:
Your Password is to be kept confidential at all times and you are solely responsible for the security of your Password. You may not disclose your Password to anyone, or allow your Password to be used by anyone other than yourself and/or your one (1) minor child. Blizzard Entertainment is not responsible for any harm that may result to the Account (including without limitation the deletion or modification of characters in the Account) as a result of a lost or shared password.

I hope this has proven illustrative; I'll include a link to the full Terms of Use below, but let me know if you have any other questions, and I'll see what I can do. :)

Q u o t e:
The text between the * marks states that I couldn't enter my password for someone and then let them play, correct? Other than my child of course.

That's correct. To clarify, no one may use your account at any time, for any reason, unless they are your (one) minor child. :)

I understand what you mean to say, but you stated that only my one child can use my account - and I can't =p

Touché. :P
