Subject: trial nurf reimbursements
   Hey so quick question i couldn't seem to find through the forums-

If i upgrade a trail account to a normal one can i get any reimbursment for exp points,profession points, or gold that was lost to trial restrictions?

   I'm sorry to say that no reimbursement is possible for any experience, profession skill points, or gold that are "lost" due to the trial account restrictions. My apologies, Eviltoaster, but I hope that you still decide to upgrade your account so that you may join us in our adventures here in Azeroth. It's a little of Column A, a little of Column B. Technically, we have no means of determining what you "should" have received in terms of gold, experience, and profession skill points; as they are not applied to your character while under the restrictions, our records do not indicate them. Politically, we wish to ensure that trial accounts are not used for exploitive or otherwise inappropriate purposes, which may be encouraged if all gains beyond a certain point could be applied once the account was upgraded to a subscription.
