Hello
First let me just say i love playing WoW. Recently I decided to roll a mage for a change (I play a priest lvl 60). After creating the character everything was fine until lvl 25 or so.
I decided to name my character Quema. However there is another character named Queman, that has a terrible reputation. Is so bad that everyone thinks I am him. Every hour or so, I receive /whispers with people threating me, saying mean stuff. I even get kicked out of groups.
I decided to let everyone know that I was not this Queman guy, but to my surprise this bad (for not saying jerk) person told everyone I am his brother. Now my experience playing WoW is all ruined thanks to this guy and the people that beleives him and hate him.
Now, I was gonna start reporting people, but this will not help at all. I was thinking the best solution is to change my name to something else. Please I beg you, this is very uncomfortable. I tried creating a ticket but the reply was : " No, we cant help you".
Please help me enjoy WoW again.

I'm sorry to say that Silm is correct, Quema; we may not change character names at a player's request for any reason unless they are found to be in violation of our Naming Policy (linked below). Your name, I regret to inform you, does not qualify, so the best course of action would be to report individual players by name via in-game petition when you are verbally harassed -- once you have brought them to our attention, we shall investigate the situation and take all appropriate actions. In any case, friend, I wish you the best. :)
