Please Help Me on How to Fix This

I'm sorry to say, Zeph, that your best bet would probably be to see if Tech Support can give you a more definitive answer; this sort of thing is really more their bag. I do have one thing to try, though, before you get in touch with them: If you have a folder in your World of Warcraft directory called WoWTest, try deleting it before applying the patch. If that doesn't work, also try deleting any folders or files labeled "wow-patch." While I can't offer any guarantees that those options will work, it's not a bad place to start. :)
