Greetings-
As I promised, I sent an email to Tech Support about some players' inability to access Account Management from the WoW site, only through the tab on the log in page. I got a response from a GM... why is that? Did I by accident select the wrong email address to send it to, or GMs can answer emails sent to wowtech@blizzard.com

Hi Silmarwen,
No, Game Masters do not receive mail sent to that address. However it is possible that the email in question might have been forwarded between departments if it was thought to pertain to an in-game issue.
