My wife logged in to play her level 37 gnome mage, the only character above level 2 that she has since we just got her a seperate acount, and played for about 15 mintues or so. She then logged of to change my son and get a few other things done. She came back to log in and play once again, and her mage was GONE, as if it had been deleted! I've been putting so much work and gold into that character trying to get it leveled to 40 for her, and now that i've finally made it 3 levels away, it vanishes? Please help me find out what happened and/or recover the character.

Hello Pwease,
I am a little concerned by this as characters don't delete themselves. However all is not lost - recovery of Sevin may be possible. One may petition a Game Master in-game and request a restoration of a deleted character. Such reimbursements are not guaranteed and if possible to be completed will require the use of one of the account's limited restorations. Good luck with this.
