Hey Pav,
I have a character on Venture Co (the only character there, and I bet you can guess its name :P ) who disconnects every time I try to log in. She is currently resting in Lion's Pride in I believe. There is a short delay and then I recieve a disconnection. It is only happening to that character.
I had just given my friend a trial account, and we were excited to play together but I am lost in the void, sadly. I have indeed just submitted a ticket, and willing to wait. She is in need of some direction, if you can help, I would really appreciate it if you can give her a good boot and scoot! I fully understand though if you can't. <3[ post edited by Sonic ]

While I may not personally offer direct assistance in resolving this particular matter, Sonic, I shall pass the pertinent information regarding your case along to a Game Master so that they can determine how we may be of further assistance in moving your character to a more convenient location.
