	Do med / high pop realms eligiblility for incomming transfers change all the time when more people log off, or am i screw'ed untill blizzard makes it eligible?

	The eligibility of Destination Realms, so far as I know, is determined by total population density, not merely the normal fluctutations which occur throughout the day. In short, the "current" estimated population level ("High," "Medium," etc.) has no bearing on our calculations.
