Subject: Australian Fax Number for Account Retrieval? |

Several days ago my account was compromised (no characters deleted, no password change, just a whole heap of gear sold and money traded). I paged a GM in game and he/she locked the account. I was sent an e-mail verifying that the account was locked and I had to follow the 'Account Retrieval' process in the PDF document linked in the e-mail. I filled out the form, photocopied the ID and tried numerous times to send the documents by fax.
I tried both numbers shown on the account retrieval document several times and then tried adding a 0011 - 1 code to the start of the number, which was the code for CA I found from an international service directory and it still would not work. So as stated in the title, what is the number I should be sending the fax to from Australia?

I'm afraid that the fax numbers featured in the Account Retrieval PDF are the only ones available to contact Account Administration, Zaralaya; as such, your remaining options are to mail the form to us (the address should be provided), or contact your phone provider to see if they can assist you in using the fax numbers.
