Subject: Debuff priority system
Just trying to get some information on this because I cant find it anywhere. I've tried googling etc. I'm trying to find out what the different colored borders represent, what spells are which border color etc.

Link would be appreciated :)

If you're referring to what I think you are, Duros, this portion of the patch notes from 1.11 may be of interest to you:

Q u o t e:
  • The icons of negative effects on that appear on the player now have a color to indicate their type. Curses are purple, disease is yellow, poison is green and magic is blue. In addition when a party member is struck by one of these four types of negative effects, their portrait will pulse the appropriate color for 30 seconds or until the effect is removed.

  • I hope this has proven illustrative. If there's anything more with which we may be of clarification, please do let us know, and we'll see what we can do. :)
