Subject: Account Transfer Issue...
When attempting to transfer one of my characters between accounts, I do not know the answer to the secret question of the account that I'm transferring to. As both accounts are mine and I know both passwords, I have simply forgotten the answer to the 'secret question.' How can I recover the answer or reset the question so that I can successfully complete the transfer?

Q u o t e:
You could.

1. Attempt to guess the answer.
2. Call Blizzard and Identify yourself and try and get the answer from Billing.

I believe Billing can provide it if you have sufficient Identification.

But how can people forget simple answers to those questions?

"Mother's Maiden Name" "Drivers Licence Number" "where you were born" etc.

I actually use an obscure answer which is the same where-ever I need that answer, despite the question. :-)

Daworm is correct, Atrophy; your best bet is to get in touch with Billing directly, as they should be able to provide the answer to your Secret Question so long as you can verify your identity. You can contact them via e-mail (billing@blizzard.com) or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. You can also try faxing or mailing the form linked below, after having filled it out, along with a photocopy of your identification. In any case, friend, I wish you the best. :)
