Ok, heres the deal, I have 2 accounts.
with the announcement of the expansion I'm basically being pressured by my own common sense to going back to having one account.
The sole purpose, in the beginning, to having a 2nd account so I could have a shaman on the same server as my paladin (pvp server)
in the interim, my paladins account (a collectors edition account) has been permabanned from the forums (and I still to this day feel it was wrong, I may have been out of line at the time, but we all make mistakes)
I've been advised that it's still ok for me to post on this account however.
Basically the way I see it is that I'm paying twice as much as anyone else to be able to post on this forum, and enjoy playing faction specific characters on the same server that I always have, and have my collectors edition pets.
now, since your announcement effectively neutralized my reason for the original intent of having 2 accounts, I'm stuck with obstacle #2, which is my forum access.
I've been told by several people that if you have accounts that have the same account information on them, you are allowed to do cross account transfers, that would be just dandy, except my 2nd account is not a collectors edition account, considering I coughed up the extra money for this to begin with, i'd had to just throw it to the wind over a silly forum ban.
so what do I do? hemmorage more money for another collectors edition and transfer my characters to that account? bribe someone at blizzard to lift my forum ban (You think I jest? that would certainly be a welcome option at this point, considering the alternatives) I really am at my wits end.
basically the math problem looks like this
(1 shaman + not collectors edition + not forum banned)
(1 paladin + collectors edition + forum banned)
I WANT TO EQUAL
(1 paladin, 1 shaman, collectors edition + not forum banned)
my question is, what are the required steps in this equation to to to the desired end result?
I love you guys and your game, but work with my here please?
I don't like feeling pressured into exploring illegitimate alternatives that would violate my EULA.

In order to dispute any action that was taken against your account here on the World of Warcraft Forums, you will need to contact our Forum Moderator staff at wowreportedpost@blizzard.com. The Game Master staff here on the Customer Service Forum will not be able to provide you with any further assistance in this matter. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, Gorefist, and wish you the best of luck.

Q u o t e: I thought I had made myself clear, but I've already disputed the matter, and they said the ban is perm, and they wont reverse the ban, i'm not asking how to dispute it, i'm asking what kind of magic hoops i have to jump through to get what I want. Obviously the easy answer would be to buy another collectors account and transfer to that account, but uh... I'm asking if theres a way to bypass this route.
I understand, Gorefist; but the Game Master staff here on the Customer Service Forum is unable to provide you with any assistance in this matter. The only method of disputing action taken against your account here on the Forums is to contact our Forum Moderators at the e-mail address I suggested. If they have stated that the ban was permanent, that is something that we are unable to assist with.
However, I'd also like to mention that even with the addition of Paladins to the Horde and Shamans to the Alliance, it will not be possible for your Horde Shaman and Alliance Paladin characters to exist on the same PvP realm. It is not possible for a Horde and Alliance character to exist on the same PvP realm, and we have no plans to change this with the release of the Burning Crusade expansion. I'm sorry for any confusion this has caused.
