hello,
I have submitted a GM ticket in game and it got dropped that was after 2 hrs of waiting...
the ticket reads:
I am currently inside Molten core, but I cannot go inside my guild's Molten Core Instance. I have not entered a different MC since monday. I would like to know what's going on. the only thing I can think of is that I logged off inside the instance on monday when it was about 5 hrs away from resetting then I logged on later on wednesday. I was dead when I logged off so I had to corpse run to the instance to retrieve my corpse PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I need the instance ID reset because this is a bug
I cannot stress how much this frustrates me.
I really really need my ID reset, and I dont want to wait another 2 hrs because it will be close to over then...

I am truly sorry to say, Stormslayer, that we may not reset or otherwise change a player's Raid ID for any reason whatsoever under such circumstances as yours; you shall have to wait for weekly maintenance on Tuesday, when Molten Core shall reset for everyone. Additionally, you have my utmost assurance that there are currently no issues of which we are aware that would cause a Raid ID to be assigned in error, and thus this is not the result of a "bug"; you were saved to the instance according to the mechanics which are in place. Please accept my most sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused, however, and my best wishes for your next attempt at Molten Core. :)
