I dont understand why you sent me to "suggestions"????
I really do not feel this is a "suggestion" issue. It is a customer service related issue.
I am a customer. I am not receiving the service on the equipment your company provides which would allow me to play the product which I am required to pay for.
When I have an issue with a rental car, something is wrong with it that does not allow it to run properly .....I go to the customer service department to get a fix/replacement car. I don't slip a note in the suggestion box and go on my merry way.
Providing me with a satisfactory service (or a solution to it) is not a game related "suggestion".
Suggestions would be more akin to give my paladin back his Crusader Strike....LOL[ post edited by Todak ]

You're essentially asking the guy that washes the rental cars to fix a mechanical issue, or provide you with a different car. This is a Game Master moderated forum here for discussing, and seeking aide for in-game issues.
We do not monitor or regulate realm transfers, nor am I in a position to grant your request. Many realms are experiencing similar issues as those you've described and we are working to upgrade all of them to new hardware as quickly as possible. Although the decision to open up limited free transfers is primarily made internally based on performance/population issues, you're free to attempt to influence our decisions by posting on our Suggestions forum. I apologize if I was unclear the first time around, Todak.
