Subject: How long should I wait for a response?
   I emailed a question to customer service on 7/7/06. I still have not received a response. How long does it normally take to answer a question? I've tried calling today as well, but have sat on hold twice for over 1.5 hrs now just to get disconnected twice. Is this something you can answer? I'm not sure what else to try.

   To which email address did you submit a question, Hashberry? As a Game Master, I'm currently unable to see that you have submitted anything to this department via email.

They are currently experiencing a significant work load and will be responding to your email as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I haven't the resources to verify when a response will be sent to you.
