	Look, all of my characters on IceCrown are GONE! They are not there, I do not understand, and frankly, I am a bit spooked. I even checked the guild list on my friend's account and my chracters are not in the list!! My characters on other servers are there!! What happened!?! Help!

	Monument, I would strongly consider the extremely unfortunate possibility that the account may be compromised. We've laid out a Compromised Account Procedure in our Customer Service Forum - FAQ thread at the top of the forum here: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-customer-service&t=49652&p=1&tmp=1#post49652 Again, I really apologize for the obvious stress this is causing. Hopefully by taking the steps outline in the post mentioned above this situation is fully resolved. Sic vis pacem, para bellum!
