Subject: Account Administration Department
   Is the Account Administration Department on vacation or something. Or just so backed up with all our hacked accounts to not replay to an E-Mail in 7 Damn days?

   Our Account Administration representatives work at all hours to assist players in recovering access to their accounts in the event that they're compromised; that said, due to the amount of inquiries which must be processed on any given day, it may take a few days for them to reply to one's e-mail. They do respond to everything sent their way, however. :)
