Subject: Account restoration experience
This thread won't help anyone get anywhere, I understand this. But, maybe it will help those of us completely in the dark (/raise) get a feel for where we are or what to expect with the compromised account item resoration process. Or, it could be locked/deleted, lets find out.

So the idea is for those of us with compromised accounts to give a very brief description of the quantity of lost items, when the account was hacked and any interactions you've had with Blizz staff.

Like so:

My account was hacked on the 26th of June. Immediately frozen and was "thawed" on the 28th. On the 29th I recieved an email that the investigation was beginning. Since then I have heard nothing. I lost my main who was in mostly tier 0 with a couple tier 1 and 3 alts, one level 51 and two in the 20's, all with average gear.
The rogue's time has not yet come.

While I don't see any need to lock your thread at the moment, Putrace, I do believe that this may be better suited for another forum, perhaps the General Discussion, where other players may offer their insights. I can understand your desire to share your experiences with others, but this doesn't strike me as being the proper avenue through which you should do so. I would strongly encourage posing your questions elsewhere, but am interested to hear your reasoning behind placing them in the Customer Service Forum. :)
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair...
