Subject: How exactly do I send a fax to blizzard? |

My situation: I just got an e-mail asking to send in some form to Blizzard with a lot of my account info, including my own photo ID to unlock my account (because it was hacked a few weeks ago).
My Question: I must admit, I have never even had to use a fax machine, but I know a store like Kinko's sends faxes out all the time as a service. So basically, do I have to just print out the second page of the .pdf file that was attached to the email and fill it out? And what about the photo ID? How do I send them my ID without actually sending the physical ID itself?

Hi Susie,
A photocopy or a notarized photocopy (depending on what you were asked for) would both be acceptable as such a "picture" of your ID.
