Subject: Account stolen on 6/29, chars/items deleted
   The " Stage " that I am currently at, I assume, from the few emails I have gotten is that I am under investigation, and have been for nearly a month.

I have been calling the 1-800-592-5499 number everyday... trying to get in touch with a live represenative, being hung up on 3-4 times while waiting for 30 minutes in the queue to even talk to a human.

I have also sent over 25 emails regarding my account/characters and trying to recieve some kind of info on what is going on.

After making a petition online tonight, I waited for 5 hours to talk to a GM online, my ticket was canceled, even though I was not afk, and I recieved this response in an email:

"Information regarding the status of this account has been forwarded to our account investigation specialists for further analysis. When their evaluation is complete, you will be notified via e-mail of the status of the above account and the possibility of reimbursement."

Possibility? Is he saying that I might NOT get my character back that has 120 days played on it and is the main tank/guild master of an Ahn'Qiraj/Naxxramas raiding guild?

I have been a customer of Blizzard for nearly 8 years and if this is true then I truely have no words to describe the feelings that come over me when I am told that my character might not be restored, a character that I started playing on Day 1 when the game came out and was still playing untill my account was stolen and my characters were deleted.

Please, if anyone has had this happen to them, any info you can give me on the duration of the investigation process or if all of my items will be restored will be great news. I also had 10 elementium bars the Right Half of the Bindings of the Windseeker legendary drop from Molten Core.

Just as a note, Mogalin, I've confirmed that you're currently in-queue; you needn't necessarily fret about that part of the e-mail which was sent. While it is true that restoration is not always guaranteed -- which is why that clause exists to begin with -- you have my word that we do everything possible to restore players' accounts to their former glory.

The patience you have shown is much appreciated, friend. I wish you the best. :)
