Subject: Terrain exploit question, please help
I have several screenshots of a player using terrain exploits in WSG. Was going to file a ticket, but none seemed appropriate for the occasion, so if anyone could point me in the right direction, it'd be very much appreciated.

The "Harassment" category should suffice for your report, Sancy, although I shall warn you now that we are unable to accept screenshots as evidence under any circumstances; they are too easily manipulated to be considered a trustworthy source. Once you have brought this player to our attention, however, we shall look into the situation further to determine whether we can verify the inappropriate behaviour you've observed; if so, we shall ensure that all appropriate actions are taken in response to your claim. :)

Q u o t e:
Screenshots will not be accepted as proof of hacking. I would file it under Harrasment Physical, and email hacks@blizzard.com

The hacks team may want to see the screenshots, but I know for a fact that GM's won't use them as evidence.

I'm afraid that I shall have to correct you here, Elco, as hacks@blizzard.com is actually not the correct means of reporting players for such activities.

An in-game petition is the best, and most direct, method. If you must use e-mail, send your report to wowgm@blizzard.com for further perusal. :)

Edit: Pavonum...you just keep dancing, okay?

I've actually mastered the art of posting via interpretive dance. :)

Yes, but Pav, wouldn't screen shots make it easier to explain the situation? ("A picture is worth a thousand words.") It doesn't need to be taken as evidence.

I merely speak from personal experience in saying that any screenshots shall be summarily disregarded in such reports; they simply may not enter in at all.
