Hello, i recently had my acct comprimised and have been in contact with bliz over it.
i am at the stage right now where they asked for the nexus crystals to replace my armor and said for me to mail them back when i have them.
well i mailed them back saying i have the items requested and still want the restore.
my question is, am i supposed to be online when the gm needs the crystals or do they just take them and restore my char then email me? how does it work.

I am glad to hear your investigation and restoration are nearly complete. To answer your question, no you do not need to be online. The Game Master Specialist will be able to collect the materials from you and complete the reimbursement even if you are offline at the time. Good luck.
