Subject: Question on Investigation Ques.
I put in a ticket on June 22nd, I have been told over and over again that my ticket is in que. I was wondering if I could find out what number in que am I? Am I lke 5 out of 5000 or what?

Are we allowed to ask this question at all?

I think this might help some people know where they are in the investigation process.

Also if you change your email does that put you back at the end on the line?

If you send in a petition asking for updates, does that put you back at the end of the line?

If anyone can answer that please let me know.

Thank you

Changing your email address or submitting additional in-game petitions will not remove your place in line if you are awaiting the conclusion of our investigations for a compromised account; however, we will be unable to provide status updates or confirm your "number in the queue." I am very sorry for not being more specific, Ghostz. Our investigators will be contacting you as soon as possible with more information.
One great big festering neon distraction...
