Subject: Problem with Upcoming Patch with Sword Spec
In the upcoming 1.12 patch, its apparent that blizzard wants to make sword specialization a more consistant damage talent than what it is now...

The problem is that the talent was underpowered to begin with and the only way anyone was able to rack up a significant amount of damage from that particular talent was to max out on items that grant extra attacks so that the effects would trigger off one another.

If blizzard is going to remove the possibility of sword specialization triggering off of itself, then it will have to add another benefit to the talent besides simply granting the chance of another attack.

After seeing the changes being made to the rogue talent listing, why not give sword and mace specialization an additional 1 point of weapon skill per rank? This would help make these talents more appealing to warriors who wish to use two-handed swords and maces without having to rewrite the talents all together.

Plus, from my experience (having played about 5 different warriors), sword and mace specialization really do need a buff to make them worthwhile, especially in the case of sword specialization if the chance to proc off of itself is removed.

   Hello Venthric,

You will need to make this suggestion on the Suggestions Forum at:

http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.aspx?fn=wow-suggestions

While I understand the proposed changes to Sword Specialization may be a hot topic at the moment, this forum is unfortunately the wrong venue for such proposals for the modification of in-game mechanics.
