Subject: Isn't this enough proof against the TOS
Its somewhat of a long thread, but I think it needs to be read, considering a CM stepped in enough to lock the thread.

Pages 1 and 7 are really the most relevant.

But isn't asking mass amounts of people for their account info against the TOS? Or at least harrasment? From 2 different servers hes done this and hes still allowed to continue?

Edit-Sigh.....he erased his posts where he admitted it. Can CMs still read deleted posts?

What was in the erased thread is quoted here by Sandmann

   Hello Kimbetta,

There are lots of things discussed here that are indeed against the Terms of Use. While trying to trick another player into providing his/her login details is against the Terms of Use so is sharing one's account information and so is logging into another World of Warcraft player's account.

As for the posts where this player may have admitted to such behavior, keep in mind a lot of this may be bravado or bluff. Players who maliciously damage another World of Warcraft player's account are unlikely to retain access to their own World of Warcraft account for very long.

I have made several inquiries into this. Rest assured that we are indeed investigating this whole situation in depth. Any related activities that violate our policies will be looked into carefully, and appropriate action taken on the accounts involved. This matter is not one to be taken lightly. The World of Warcraft Terms of Use can be referred to via the link below:
