Hydro, it does appear as though your account is currently in queue to be looked into by our Investigation Team. They will be working to verify the loss you have described, determine the cause of the loss, and (if it's possible to do so) restore the items that were lost.

In the meantime, our Game Master staff (in-game and here on the Customer Service Forum) will be unable to provide you with any additional updates regarding the status of the investigation; but you can rest assured that you will receive an e-mail with the results of the investigation as soon as it is completed. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and would ask you to remain patient while the investigation takes place. Good luck with your restoration!

Q u o t e:
would it help if i sent a list of all the items lost?

This is not necessary for accounts being investigated for possible compromise. In such cases all activity including what items are lost is looked into and examined.
