OK,
i cant transfer this toon to my new account because i cant get past step TWO in the process, it gives me this error when i click continue:
"The destination account does not meet the requirements for an account to account transfer."
the last names are the same however one still has a CC on it the other does not
fellow players/blues advice would help CONSIDERABLY
Pally's? OVERPOWERED!?! Have YOU played one?

I apologise for the delay in my response, Deathtojoo. To help me understand what may be causing the issue, can you give me a character name and realm for each account? Although it would be well-advised not to post your actual account names, that information should suffice for a somewhat more in-depth analysis. Thanks much, friend. :)

Thanks for that, Deathtojoo; armed with that information, I've been able to look into the matter further. It looks as though the last names on the accounts are very subtly different, which may be a result of a typo somehow; this is why your request for an account-to-account transfer has been denied. I'm really sorry to say that your best recourse at this point is to get in touch with Billing directly, and see if they can be of further assistance; you can contact them via e-mail (billing@blizzard.com) or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. I sincerely wish you the best in sorting this out and transferring your character, friend. :)
