Subject: Buggy Item or working as intended?
Recently on an Ouro kill, I was fortunate enough to win "The Burrower's Shell". ( http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=23558 ) Excited, I immediately popped into a battleground to try it out... only to discover its only physical damage. This doesn't seem right. A drop off one of the hardest bosses pre-Naxxramas, and the item is only marginally better then a trinket you can get at friendly reputation at a common battleground. Is this item intended to work this way? The description says 900 damage, not 900 physical damage, so it seems odd. Thanks for your time.

You needn't fret, Wil. Our Quality Assurance and Development Teams have been made aware of the fact that The Burrower's Shell currently only absorbs physical damage, which is not considered to be the intended functionality for this particular item; we hope to address the issue in a future content patch. For now, your patience is much appreciated. :)
Look at my works, ye mighty, and despair...
